“Residential Bungalow” project at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

One more feat for UHPC India Pvt. Ltd. The first Bungalow in the country has come up with Ultra High-Performance Concrete. Located at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, the bungalow is 5000 square feet, two storey structure where UHPC has been abundantly used in various structural forms. Constructed for the Pran Yoga Ashram, the use of UHPC was dictated by the clients’ strong need for durability and longevity. This small and simple project breaks out from the use of traditional residential materials to ensure increased strength and life of the structure. The structural elements comprised of cast-in-situ beams, columns, one way-joist slab system precast folded staircase, sunshades, and purlins, all constructed using UHPC. The structural work for this project was completed in November 2021.
